Inspired by NYC's famous "Mango in a Bag", our Mango con Chile is glazed with mango & lime and dusted with chili powder for a refreshing summertime treat.

Taking our love for food and cocktails to the next level, we decided to do the Restaurant Series where we created a doughnut based on a particular dish from some of our favorite restaurants in Manhattan. We had a tremendous amount of fun collaborating with such amazing chefs and restaurants.
The Doughnut Project is excited to announce our new “Cocktail Series” starting April 21. Similar to the recent “Restaurant Series,” we will be creating a doughnut inspired by a particular cocktail from some of the City’s best bars and mixologists. The 5 week series will feature a new limited edition doughnut each Friday through Sunday available at our 10 Morton Street shop. Prices will range from $5.00 to $5.75
